Blue Ridge Parkway

I took a short drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway today -- south of Asheville.  While there was still some fall color left, at the higher elevations, the leaves had already peaked and were falling off the trees.  It was a beautiful drive!

I never get tired of this view!

 Here there was still lots of color left.

 I took a nice hike up to an overlook - such a pretty day.
